Any product return must be the subject of a formal agreement between the seller and the buyer.
Any product returned without this agreement will be made available to the purchaser and will not give rise to the establishment of a credit note.
The costs and risks are always borne by the purchaser.
Any return accepted by the seller will result in the establishment of a credit note for the benefit of the purchaser, after qualitative and quantitative verification of the returned products.
In the event of an apparent defect or non-conformity of the products delivered, duly noted by the seller under the conditions provided for above, the buyer may obtain free replacement or reimbursement of the products at the seller's option, excluding for any indemnity or damages.
The goods are insured by us during their transport in metropolitan France and travel at our risk. Our deliveries are made within a maximum period of 15 working days from receipt of full payment of the final invoice. If the delivery period of 15 days is not respected, except in cases of force majeure, the Customer may terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing on another durable medium, if, after having ordered, according to the same terms, Le chateau LABASTIDE ORLIAC to make the delivery within a reasonable additional period, Le chateau Labastide Orliac has not performed within this period. The Customer may immediately cancel the order when the delay constituted for him an essential condition of the contract. This essential condition results from the circumstances surrounding the conclusion of the contract or from an express request by the Customer before the conclusion of the contract. For this, he must send his cancellation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Chateau Labastide ORLIAC 47270 CLERMONT SOUBIRAN. The customer will obtain reimbursement of his payment, excluding any other indemnity or damages, at the latest within 14 days following the date on which the contract was terminated. In the event of an error in the information provided by the Customer, Labastide Orliac cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the goods to the desired place and time. Upon receipt of the goods, it is up to the recipient to check the condition of the goods and to make any necessary observations in the event of breakage, damage or missing items, by expressing their reservations on the delivery note, and within three days ( not including public holidays) following that of this receipt, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier, with a copy to the Seller, in order to preserve his rights
